How to Redeem Your Battle Proms Voucher
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
The reference number that appears on your voucher. Virgin / Acorne customers should also send the voucher PIN.
Your name (which will appear on the tickets)
Your e-mail address (where tickets will be sent. Please ensure the e-mail address provided is correct)
The date and venue of the 2019 Battle Proms you wish to attend. For further information please click on the 'Venues & Dates' tab above. Please note that all bookings are subject to availability.
We will get back to you within 10 working days to confirm your booking.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
We will get back to you within 10 working days to confirm your booking. Provided that you have given the above details correctly, and there is availability for your chosen concert, e-tickets will be e-mailed to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the concert (for Acorne / Red Letter Days / Buy A Gift customers) or shortly after confirmation (for Battle Proms / Into the Blue customers).
Please look out for an e-mail from ‘Battle Proms Concerts’ with the subject line ‘Print Your Tickets for the Battle Proms Concert’.
