Enjoy the concert in style and comfort with our gazebo and furniture hire options.

Make a bit more space in the car for your picnics, drinks and friends! Collect your sturdy, easy to carry chairs and tables on arrival and take them to your chosen spot in the arena.

Gazebos are pre-erected and reserved for you in the gazebo area at the rear of the auditorium, providing peace of mind that you have a pre-booked spot in the arena and that you are protected from whatever the British weather has in store! If you hire chairs and tables together with a gazebo then they will be set up in your gazebo ready for when you arrive so you can just turn up and relax.

Gazebos

From £160 each
Our pre-erected 3m x 3m gazebos are great for small groups and will accommodate up to 3 tables with chairs for 12 people. Choose from front row (directly behind the main crowd arena) or second row (with a good view through the first row of gazebos to the stage.)

If furniture is hired together with a gazebo it will be placed in the gazebo ready for you. Maximum of two gazebos per booking. 

Tables

£10 each
Lay your evening picnic out in style! Our sturdy tables will seat up to four people. 
A separate deposit of £5.00 per table is payable in cash on collection from our hire point at the concert. This is refunded when you return the table(s) at the end of the evening. If furniture is hired together with a gazebo there is no deposit payable.

Chairs

£6.50 each
Our sturdy patio style chairs with arms will allow you to sit back and enjoy the concert in comfort! They feature webbed feet to prevent them sinking in to soft ground.
A separate deposit of £5.00 per chair is payable in cash on collection from our hire point at the concert. This is refunded when you return the chair(s) at the end of the evening. If furniture is hired together with a gazebo there is no deposit payable

Furniture Hire FAQs

  • Where will we collect our tables and chairs?

    The hire point will be adjacent to the main Box Office / Info Point - just look for the 'Table and Chair Hire' sign.

  • Why do I pay a deposit when I collect my furniture?

    We hire out hundreds of tables and chairs at each concert and we need to ensure they all come back to us at the end of the evening. The deposit also covers any damage to the equipment.

  • Are the tables and chairs set out ready for us on arrival?

    Only if you have hired a gazebo along with your furniture. Otherwise, you will collect your items from the hire point and take them to wherever you wish to sit. They need to be brought back to us at the end of the evening.

  • Where will my gazebo be located?

    Gazebos are erected at the rear of the main crowd area. They are not close to the stage but will have a line of sight across the main crowd in front of you. The units are pre-erected and if you have hired furniture as well this will be placed ready for you in the gazebo. At the end of the evening just leave everything in place and we take care of it for you. Please note we cannot always guarantee a clear view and cannot choose a specific location for you.

  • Can I decorate my gazebo?

    Yes of course! However, please be considerate of the people around you and ensure that decorations are not placed in a way that obscures anyone's view. Please completely remove all traces of the decorations before you leave and do not apply selloptape etc. to any of the structure. Please also note that due to being on a green site, often where livestock is grazed, the following items are not permitted on site: balloons, glitter, table confetti, party poppers or pulling crackers.

  • Can I bring my own food and drink?

    Yes, please do! You are welcome to bring your own picnic including alcohol, glassware, cutlery etc.
    When packing your picnic please note that knives permitted on site will be restricted to domestic knives 5 inches or under and folding knifes with a 3 inch blade or under.

    Alternatively, you can pre-order a delicious fresh picnic to collect on arrival at the concert

    There will be a licensed bar, tea/coffee stall and a hot food stall on site. 

  • Does the deposit have to be cash? Can't I pay by card?

    The cash deposit system is tried and tested and is by far the most efficient way to process things on the day. Payment by any other method creates significant delays on collection and drop-off, so we do need to request that you bring cash for your deposit.
