Picnics are chilled and ready to collect on arrival. They are presented in a handy portable box containing everything you need; no shopping, packing or washing up, you can just turn up and tuck in!
Vegetarian and vegan options available, and dietary requirements can be met on request.
Please note that picnics must be ordered at least 10 days prior to the event.

I wish to thank you so very much for the fantastic selection and quality of food in the picnic. We both thoroughly enjoyed all of it, as well as the concert!
You can also hire chairs, tables and pre-erected gazebos to help make your Battle Proms evening extra special.
Tables and chairs are collected on arrival, for you to take to your chosen viewing spot. Gazebos are pre-erected and reserved for you in the gazebo area at the rear of the auditorium.
Please note that gazebos sell out fast!

The Battle Proms play host to open-air summer concerts in Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire and Hampshire at some of England’s most prestigious venues. Established in 1997, it is the longest running picnic proms series in the UK and welcomes around 30,000 visitors every summer
